btdk3 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the btdk3 platform, accessible at btdk3.bet. btdk3 provides online gaming services — including live casino games, video slots, crash games and sports betting — to eligible adult players in Bangladesh. • You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from btdk3 or any btdk3 associated platform.
• The funds you use for deposits originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

To access the full btdk3 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your legal name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is truthful and current. btdk3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or proof of address.

Each player may hold only one btdk3 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, btdk3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts, including bonus funds and winnings credited to any of the accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. btdk3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. btdk3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and selected bank transfer options including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. btdk3 does not store your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any payment credential — payment transactions occur directly between you and your wallet or bank provider.

The following financial rules apply to all btdk3 accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and will be stated at the point of deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise authorised by btdk3 support in writing.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
• btdk3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations. Where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

btdk3 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for the matter it addresses.

The following general rules apply to all btdk3 bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds when placing wagers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is fully met.
• btdk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus conditions, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• A bonus offer may only be claimed once per player (per household, IP address, device, or payment method) unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btdk3 platform. btdk3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit all balances held in that account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players, btdk3 employees, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game, event, or wager.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or bypassing a self-exclusion or account closure decision.
• Using the btdk3 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error, glitch, vulnerability, or pricing anomaly in any game, market, or system component of btdk3. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void and will be reversed.

btdk3 monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, btdk3 may place a temporary hold on the affected account and funds pending investigation. btdk3's determination in such matters is final, subject to any formal dispute process described in these Terms.

All content on the btdk3 platform — including but not limited to game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of btdk3 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any btdk3 content without the express prior written permission of btdk3.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btdk3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the btdk3 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. btdk3's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your btdk3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btdk3 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances outside btdk3's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications outages, power failures, and force majeure events) may result in periods of platform unavailability. btdk3 will make reasonable efforts to minimise any such unavailability and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

btdk3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the btdk3 platform shall first be referred to btdk3 support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised with btdk3 support, either party may escalate the matter through formal legal channels. btdk3 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of btdk3 is lawful in your location.
